Slow down, reconnect, and experience the power of creativity and conversation through art. ‘Arts at Home’ invites you into a welcoming, relaxed space where art becomes a starting point for connection, reflection, and shared experience. Led by Art Explora, this gently guided taster session in the Pre-Raphaelite galleries offer an accessible introduction to mindful looking at art - no prior knowledge or experience required.

A chance for students, patients and medical professionals to take part in an empathy-building exercise known as the ‘story exchange’. Devised by the global empathy-building charity Narrative 4, the ‘story exchange’ methodology breaks down barriers by inviting diverse participants to step into one another’s shoes.
