Bethak Healing Arts is a community wellbeing event for women, combining storytelling, folk music, creative arts, and traditional henna in a welcoming and culturally familiar space. Designed for women who may experience isolation, poor mental wellbeing, or barriers to accessing mainstream services, the event uses creativity and culture to encourage connection, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
