Stitching Minds - Together

The week involved a broad range of activities targeted towards different audiences. It combined community-focused performances, exhibitions, and celebrations, highlighting Birmingham's extraordinarily talented art sector, alongside research symposiums and workshops focused on demonstrating the robust evidence base and methodologies behind creative health in Birmingham.

Through the project, a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive space was created where women could engage with arts and creativity, supportive networks, and improve mental health and wellbeing.
