Chairfull/Wellbeing Community Group

Attendees joined the Chairfull/Wellbeing Community Group for an exercise class to music, chair based with some mobility if able, followed by a speaker from Age Concern, then various activities aimed at cognition, perception and overall wellbeing, with a buffet including hot drinks and snacks. Gift bags were given to participants at the end of the session.
