Linked Minds

Residents of Link Road collected their thoughts on what they did to look after their mental health and turned them into a poem. Visitors were able to walk freely along the road at any time during Healing Arts Birmingham week and read the poem line-by-line in residents' front windows.

To complement it, residents installed flowering hanging baskets made with the help of local gardening collective, Warm Earth. They invited visitors to share in their joy in who they are as a community. Link Road is only 8 minutes' walk from the no 11 bus route and fewer from the no 80.
