K'antu Ensemble: Party Like it's 1599!

Attendees joined K'antu Ensemble for a vibrant musical journey through songs, dances and melodies from across the centuries. This lively interactive workshop brought history to life through live performance, storytelling and audience participation.

Attendees heard music from 400 years ago performed on authentic historical instruments, discovered fascinating stories from the age of Shakespeare and exploration, and learned how music connected people across England, Spain and South America.

There were opportunities to sing, clap and join in, or simply sit back and enjoy the music in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Friends and family were warmly welcome.
