Family Ground Circus is a Thursday evening class for families with kids aged 5+ - tumbles, balance, partner work and bonding through circus.
This event will offer participants a choice of inclusive and accessible workshops. The Henna for Wellbeing workshop will use a culturally meaningful and calming art form to promote relaxation and self-expression. The Feel Good Art session will focus on visual arts to support emotional expression, mental wellbeing, and confidence.
