This is a low impact, mind-body series of movements from traditional Chinese arts to aid the balance of health and to support longevity. Learn relaxation techniques to keep fit and improve your wellbeing, including Qigong exercises that combine breathing with movements.
You will be introduced to the Yang 24 step Tai Chi form, a sequence of movements originating from the Yang family style. The tutor demonstrates and explains the movements to the class, as well as teaching safe and effective posture and technique in a relaxed manner.
