Oral History and Heritage Dementia Cafe

Guests joined Cayr for an Oral History and Heritage Dementia Café.

Designed for people living with mild to moderate dementia and their carers, this was a relaxed and friendly space to share, listen, and remember together. Attendees explored how Birmingham's rich heritage could spark cherished memories and meaningful connection, and had the chance to record their own stories to treasure.

Every story mattered, and each one was treasured.
