Healing Arts at Centrala brings together a creative wellbeing workshop, exhibition and film screening exploring themes of identity, migration, belonging personal resilience.
Led by Roo Dhissou, the creative workshop invites participants to create their own personalised pocket object using collage, drawing and craft techniques. These small keepsakes are designed to offer comfort, encouragement and a sense of connection in everyday life.
Participants will also create a take-home wellbeing kit including their handmade object, reflective journal prompts, a positive affirmation and calming tea.
