Bethak Healing Arts is a community wellbeing event for women, combining storytelling, folk music, creative arts, and traditional henna in a welcoming and culturally familiar space. Designed for women who may experience isolation, poor mental wellbeing, or barriers to accessing mainstream services, the event uses creativity and culture to encourage connection, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. Participants will take part in heritage storytelling, music, visual arts, and informal conversations while enjoying refreshments in a relaxed environment. The event celebrates culture, strengthens community connections, and promotes positive mental health through accessible and enjoyable creative activities.
