Art Therapy Session at Help Harry Help Others with Ben from Draw My Town

Attendees joined Help Harry Help Others for a relaxing and creative Art Therapy Session, delivered in collaboration with Ben from Draw My Town.

This welcoming event offered a chance to unwind, express yourself, and connect with others in a safe, supportive environment. Specialising in cartooning and playful, expressive art styles, Ben guided participants through a relaxed, informal session of drawing, reflection and connection, offering a gentle, supportive space to explore personal journeys through creativity.

Ben also guided attendees through calming drawing activities designed to boost wellbeing and confidence, with no experience required. The session was open to all, whether looking to de-stress or simply try something new.
